No time for blogging this weekend but thought I’d share some pictures from last Christmas. We’re doing many of the same recipes again!

And our traditional Maple Butter Twist coffeecake for Christmas morning, with the gluten-free version shown below developed by Nosh on This cookbook author and blogger at Gluten-Free Canteen, Lisa Stander-Horel:

This is our family tradition for Christmas morning. The original recipe came from a box of Land O’Lakes butter, from way back. We think. Thank you to Lisa Stander-Horel for developing a gluten-free recipe that is just as tasty as the original! Check out her individual Maple Twisty Donuts version and other holiday recipes on Lisa and Tim’s blog here!

Happy weekend cooking!

Oooo, looks like you have some nice gluten free goodies at your house! I am glad your put some links up too. My husband can’t have any wheat so it can be challenging to find treats. I would murder that plate of cookies!

This all looks wonderful. I think most of my favorite recipes have come from the back of packages, for butter or chocolate chips or walnuts, etc.!

Yummy…..some of those old Land O’Lakes recipes are still my favorites. Merry Cheese Cake squares is one of them.

That all looks so delicious! I’ve been slacking with my holiday baking this year – I’ve only managed to make a few batches of rice krispie squares. Your post is making me want to dig out some of my recipes!

That maple butter twist looks so good! I did very little baking for Christmas, opting to make cinnamon rolls and cinnamon roll bread.
