“Jones, a Detroit-area poet and playwright brings the city, its environs, and its eateries to vital life in a mystery coiled around the contemporary crime du jour of cyber-finance meddling. His is that rare tale that, despite its thriller-level violence, maintains a fiercely warm heart at its core—and ends far too quickly.” — The Boston Globe
Recommended for mystery readers of all stripes! Loner detective/police whistle-blower, urban setting, social justice issues, gritty crimes, edgy humor, ethnic diversity, authentic Mexican food, and lots of local Motor City flavor.

Aarrrgh! The audiobook loan expired before I could finish Gideon the Ninth, so I’m back on the wait list, and it looks to be a long wait. I should probably put a hold on the second book in the Locked Room trilogy now — Harrow the Ninth.

Honestly, I’m too distracted to read right now, but I did start a new audiobook today. I’m extremely indecisive what book I need to focus on so, I’m not reading any! LOL. I did clean some windows today, so I’m feeling good about my day. Hope you are well. Happy November!
I need to clean house before Thanksgiving, but it hasn’t made it to the top of my priorities list yet!
Thanks for the heads up about Someday, Maybe. It sounds like a profound story.
