Today’s Top Ten Tuesday prompt is for books with the word [choose your own word here] in the title. Alphabetically by author, these ten books have the word library in the title. I’ve read most of them (astericks) but some are still on my TBR.
The Invisible Library by Genevieve Cogman

I thought I had read or listened to The Invisible Library, but it’s actually the start of a whole fantasy series that I have yet to read!
The Woman in the Library* by Sulari Gentil

Set in Boston, The Woman in the Library (on audio) didn’t live up to the hype for me.
The Library of the Unwritten* by A. J. Hackwith

The Library of the Unwritten is the first of the Hell’s Library fantasy series by A. J. Hackwith, which I loved. I’m hoping to like her new release, Goblin Market, which was on last week’s Top Ten Tuesday list, just as much!
The Midnight Library* by Matt Haig

The Midnight Library wasn’t a favorite of mine! I’m definitely in the minority here, I know, and I have liked other books by Matt Haig. Something about The Midnight Library rubbed me the wrong way. I listened to it on audio, so maybe I would have liked it better in print.
Summer Hours at the Robbers Library* by Sue Halpern

Summer Hours at the Robbers Library is an enjoyable bookish read, but has nothing to do with burglary or crime. The library is just named after someone with the last name “Robbers”, if I remember correctly.
The Library at Mount Char* by Scott Hawkins

Every now and then, I check to see if Scott Hawkins has another book out. Yesterday, I saw that he does, Blacktail, and it’s coming out in September!
The Library at the Edge of the World* by Felicity Hayes-McCoy

Lula Dean’s Little Library of Banned Books* by Kirsten Miller

Lula Dean’s Little Library of Banned Books is a good antidote to the current state of politics here! Recommended to me by a line dancer friend.
The Library by Bella Osborne

The Last Chance Library* by Freya Sampson

When looking up books for my list, I came across this Top Ten Tuesday list from last year of books with “library” in the title from Literacious – a new-to-me book blogger!
I’m sharing this with Top Ten Tuesday, hosted by That Artsy Reader Girl. You’ll find many other Top Ten book lists there!

What I haven’t read of these are on my WTR list!
Thanks for sharing your #TTT
There has been a real surge of books with library in the title these past few years. Haven’t read any of these however.
Here is our Top Ten Tuesday. Thank you!
I always like seeing the word library in a title!
I am pretty sure I could do a few lists with the word library in them! Good choice!
I can’t resist a book with “library” in the title!
I ALMOST did the same thing this week. I love bookish/library books! Great list.
Happy TTT (on a Wednesday)!

The perfect word for yourself to have for the title in the books. I have read at least two of these and I must check out the Bella Osborne one.
The only book I’ve read with Library in the title was “The Wren in the Holly Library” and it was good but I thought it was a standalone and then was mad when it ended on a cliffhanger
I love this prompt idea! I’ve read The Midnight Library, and I liked it, but not as much as I expected.
I hate that, too! Sometimes, I won’t read the next book out of spite, even if it was my own fault for not noticing. haha
I’ve read a book or two by Matt Haig but not sure if it was this one. I can remember not liking one!
cheers
